in recreational depths of 30-120’. At 578 feet long the fully intact
Russian cruise liner “Mikhail Lermontov” is one of the largest
and most accessible liner wrecks of modern era, sunk Feb 1986 and now lying
on her starboard side in the calm protected water of Port Gore. You can

Travel
Depart Los Angeles Oct 27 and arrive 9am Oct 29 Wellington New
Zealand airport transfer to West Plaza Hotel for one night stay, which
is 15 minutes from airport, have the day and evening to explore Capital
of NZ. Oct 30 check out hotel and transfer to Bluebridge Ferry for 1pm
departure to Picton, 3 hour cruise. Arrive Picton and transfer to Affinity liveaboard 5 pm boarding. Disembark Affinity Nov 5 at 5pm transfer to Bluebridge
Ferry for 7pm departure arrive Wellington transfer to West Plaza Hotel
for one night stay. Nov 6 check out and transfer to airport for return
flight.
Includes- All transfers to and from airport, hotel and ferry. 2 night’s
at West Plaza Hotel, round trip ferry ticket, experienced wreck guide,
tanks, air/Nitrox, weights and belts, all meals and beverages (coffee,
tea, milk and juice), beer and wine with dinner aboard Affinity and 6 days
diving.
Equipment- the water temp is 50-55F so a dry suit is recommended, Single
steel or aluminum tanks are provided but if you plan on using doubles you
need to bring your own “travel bands”, and dive kitt ie, mask,
fins, regulators, wreck reels, lights, SMB,etc. This is a CCR/ re-breather
friendly trip and sorb/sofnalime can be arranged.
